Welcome to Any Occasion- Hire Shop website! We hope you enjoy browsing our products and information. Whilst using this website you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use which together with our privacy policy govern Any Occasion’s relationship with you in relation to this website. When you purchase from Any Occasion you enter into a contract and these terms detail our responsibilities to you.

The term ‘Any Occasion’ or ‘us’ or ‘we’ refers to the owner of the website whose registered office is 39, Kingsbridge Boulevard, Williams Landing, VIC 3027, Australia.  Any Occasion is a registered business name, ABN 68197552532.  The term ‘you’ refers to the user or viewer of our website.

  1. The content within the pages of this website are for your general information and use. Whilst we endeavor to keep the information up-to-date and correct, we make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability or availability with respect to the website or the information, products, services, or related graphics contained on the website for any purpose. Any reliance you place on such information is therefore strictly at your own discretion. The content is subject to change without notice.  It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
  2. Please note that we charge a refundable deposit of AUD 100 on orders that you place with us. This is to cover any potential breakages, damages or loss of products that may occur during the period of hire. The deposit will be refunded to your account within 7 days considering that the hired items are returned to us cleaned, undamaged and in good condition. Any Occasion reserves the right to asses any damages and deduct the deposit at our discresion. We will contact you once the deposit has been refunded. 
  3. We endeavour deliver orders within 25km-30km radius within the Melbourne CBD area. We require at least 7 days prior notice from the date of hire to arrange this service. If for some reason we are unable to provide this service we will be in touch with you as soon as possible. Alternatively, we offer customers to pick up the items from our location. We are located in the western suburbs from the city of Melbourne. 
  4. Please note that all cancellations must be made 4 days (96 hours) prior to the commencement of the hire period. We will refund the total value of your invoice (including the security deposit of AUD 100) to your account. Unfortunately you will not receive the security deposit If you make the cancellation within 4 days (96 hours) prior to the commencement of the hire period. However we will refund you the total value of your invoice less the security deposit of AUD 100. 

  5. If you’re under the age of 18, you must have your parent or guardian’s consent to this Agreement, and they may need to enter into this Agreement on your behalf

  6. All payment are made in AUS (Australian Dollar). We reserve the right to amend the price of any item, to discontinue an item for hire and limit the quantities of any item we offer. All descriptions of products are subject to change at anytime without notice regardless if an order exists for an item.

  7. Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return & Refund Policy.

  8. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

  9. Images used on this website may depict products that we do not sell that are used as props for photography. Some images may be used for illustration purposes only.

  10. We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person or geographic region. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. 

  11. We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

  12. We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

  14. The intellectual property rights in content made available to you on or through this website remains the property of Any Occasion and are protected by copyright laws. All such rights are reserved by Any Occasion. You may store, print and display the content supplied solely for your own personal use. You are not permitted to publish, manipulate, distribute or otherwise reproduce, in any format, any of the content or copies of the content supplied to you or which appears on this website nor may you use any such content in connection with any business or commercial enterprise.

  15. Your use of this website and any dispute arising out of such use of the website is subject to the laws of the States and Territories of Australia.

  16. Every effort is made to keep the website up and running smoothly. Any Occasion takes no responsibility for, and will not be liable for, the website being temporarily unavailable due to technical issues beyond our control.

  17. Your information will not be sold or passed on to third parties. Your privacy is importance to us.

  18. To make a purchase you are required to complete our simple checkout process. You will be guided through the checkout and asked to input your data to complete the transaction. Upon placing your order, we will send you an order acknowledgement email; this is to advise you that we have received your order request. When your order is ready for delivery or ready for collection we will then send you a delivery confirmation email. It’s at this point that we accept your order and the contract are formed. We reserve the right to cancel an order should there be an issue with stock levels or payment details, identification of a pricing or product description error or discontinuation of a product.
